The SAYBL end of the season tradition continues on Saturday, March 15th at Holy Family School. The main event: Coaches Vrs Referees (plus special guests - U17 aging out players).

Doors open at 5pm… event will finish at 7:30pm
Prizes and giveaways will be up for grabs.

Shooting competition for SAYBL players… arrive early for your chance to be in shooting competition. (Add your name to the box). The competitions will commence:

• U11 Boys:  5:45pm
• U12 Girls:  5:55pm
• U14 Boys:  6:20pm
• U15 Girls:  6:40pm
• U17 Boys:  7:00pm

Saturday, January 11th, 2025, SAYBL conducted their 2nd annual Bottle Drop Event. Players were asked to gather bags of empties and drop them off on their way to the first game of the new year.

We were overwhelmed by our members' engagement, the volume of bags received was remarkable. Thank you to everyone who contributed and a huge "thank you" to everyone who helped move the bottles to the depot. Every bit counts! We’re so grateful for your support.

This year’s grand total was $2,206.75!

We cannot express how amazing this is. So much so the SAYBL Board agreed to increase the winners circle from 3 to 5. Yes, we now have 5 team winners!

A SAYBL Team member will contact the coaches to arrange the Team Pizza Parties.

Gym Rules...

The following rules are a condition of our gym usage and noncompliance will result in an early end of season for the teams that play in the closed gym.  We are sincerely asking for everyone to help govern these following rules to ensure we have a place for the kids to play. They are different to school events so please, please help us keep the gyms we have.

• NO DISPOSABLE COFFEE CUPS,  
  Spill proof container(with a lid) are acceptable.
• NO OUTDOOR SHOES,
• NO FOOD, and...
• NO WONDERING HALLWAYS.

U17 Girls - no go

This wasn't the year for a U17 Girls division. Sadly we were unable to encourage enough girls this season but it's far from over. Please spread the word that we will attempt to create a U17 Girls Division next season.
